Fabric Information
It is a characteristic of naturals fibres that there will be irregularities and variations in the weave of the fabrics, including slubs or tiny dots where the ink has not been able to sink into the fabric. You agree that this cannot be classified as faulty due to the natural characteristics of the linen used. The shade of the fabric may vary from roll to roll and is a circumstance beyond our control, so please ensure you order enough fabric to meet your needs.

Shrinkage
It is important to allow for shrinkage. Shrinkage can be up to 10% on most fabrics. Short runs shrink more than longer runs pro rata; however this is not a precise science. Shrinkage can vary from one batch of fabric to another.

Upholstery
Digitally printed fabrics are only to be used for light/occasional upholstery, as they are not very durable & colour can be released when the surface is rubbed (unlike traditionally screen printed fabrics where the ink embeds into the fibres of the fabric).

Colour Accuracy
To ensure exact colour matching it is advised to order quantities required for future use at one time. We cannot guarantee that the sample you are sent will match your final order.  We advise you order an up to date sample near to purchase to check that the colours are still satisfactory for your project.

Returns & Refunds and Faulty fabric
We cannot accept returns of the fabric unless it is faulty. This is due to the fabric being printed to order.

On receipt, please examine the fabrics carefully before proceeding with any cutting or usage. Direct or indirect claims for any reason whatsoever will not be accepted once the customer, or any party acting upon their instructions, has cut, or processed the fabric in any way.

Claims for any alleged defects, or shortages must be made in writing within seven days of delivery of the fabric.

In some cases we need to see a photo of the fault and we need to physically inspect the fabric ourselves via the printers to double check the problem. We very rarely have a physical problem with the fabric and if we find one, we like to get to the bottom of the problem so we will investigate.
